Welcoming Montana Cantagalli — Writer, Truth-Teller, and Mental Health Muse at Project Blueprint
It’s an honour (and a full-circle moment) to introduce Montana Cantagalli as one of our in-house writers at Project Blueprint. Montana has been my best friend for over ten years, and if there’s one person whose words consistently crack you open and put you back together—it’s her.
Montana is one of the most eloquent, emotionally intelligent, and brutally honest writers I’ve ever known. Her gift lies not just in her ability to articulate the unspoken, but in the way she holds space for the messy, uncomfortable, and beautiful parts of being human—especially as women.
Deeply well-versed in mental health, fitness, and holistic well-being, Montana writes from a place of lived experience. She’s navigated her own path through high highs and low lows, and she doesn’t sugarcoat it. Her writing reflects that raw, unfiltered honesty—the kind that makes you feel seen, understood, and less alone. Whether she’s writing about body image, burnout, emotional resilience, or the complexities of womanhood, she does so with grace, humour, and fierce vulnerability.
Montana’s passion for fitness and mental health is not performative—it’s deeply personal. She understands the connection between the body and the mind in a way that’s embodied, not theoretical. Her ability to bridge strength and softness, discipline and compassion, makes her voice one that we’re not only proud to feature, but deeply grateful to have on this journey with us.
Welcome to the Blueprint, Montana. We’re so lucky to have you.
